What The Lich King Expansion Brings Us
Here is a brief summary of what the Wrath of The Lich King brings us:
- Level cap increased to 80
- Death Knight class (starts at level 55)
- Northrend continent opens up with 11 new zones

In an effort to be more inclusive, WoW: Wrath of the Lich King is bringing players' Fresh Start' servers. So you can build a character entirely from scratch and work amongst like-minded players for a fun-filled adventure without the pressure.

The pre-patch will be available on August 30, including character balancing, reworks, achievements, the inscription profession, and the new Death Knight class. Then, with a Zombie Plague event running from September 6-13th, then the Scourge Invasion from 13-25th, followed by the long-awaited Wrath Classic on the 26th! Blizzard is yet to release the full extent of the content we expect to see or the entire schedule, but we have been able to compile a list of what we know to expect; check it out here:

- Phase 3 (TBA): Trial of the Crusader, Onyxia's Lair

- Phase 5 (TBA): The Ruby Sanctum
