Getting to Crandor in OSRS requires completing the Dragon Slayer quest first. This guide will help you reach this mining-rich island efficiently.
Prerequisites
You must finish the Dragon Slayer quest to access Crandor.
If you need resources for the quest, you can buy OSRS gold to prepare your equipment.
Transportation to Crandor
The journey begins at Port Sarim, where you take a ship to Karamja. Upon reaching Karamja, locate Ned's boat at the dock.
From there, board the vessel to sail directly to Crandor. This boat route serves as the only access point to the island, as no direct teleports exist.
Mining Opportunities
Crandor offers excellent mining spots with minimal competition. The island features ten Coal rocks, three Gold rocks, eight Mithril rocks, and three Adamantite rocks.
I recommend power mining here since the distance to banks makes regular mining less efficient.
Banking Options
For P2P players, the TzHaar caves provide the closest bank. F2P players must use the Draynor Village bank instead.
Additional Tips
The limited access to Crandor makes the island's mining spots particularly peaceful for uninterrupted training.
Remember to bring proper mining equipment, as the remote location means you cannot quickly replace broken pickaxes.
