Getting to Ape Atoll in OSRS requires completing part of the Monkey Madness I quest. This guide explains the fastest methods to reach this monkey-inhabited island.
Before planning your journey, consider visiting a trusted site like Chicks Gold to buy OSRS gold to prepare for the challenges ahead.
The primary way to reach Ape Atoll begins with speaking to Daero on the second floor of the Grand Tree. He arranges transportation to Crash Island via Waydar, where you'll meet Lumdo who takes you to Ape Atoll.
After completing the Freeing King Awowogei section of Recipe for Disaster, you can use the Ape Atoll teleport spell. This spell needs level 64 Magic, two law runes, one fire rune, one water rune, and a banana. The teleport takes you directly to the temple in Marim.
The fairy ring system offers another route using the code CLR, which becomes available after Monkey Madness I. This method takes you near the Ape Atoll agility course.
Remember that Ape Atoll is dangerous without a greegree, as monkey guards and archers will attack you.
After finishing Monkey Madness II, you won't need a greegree since the surface inhabitants become peaceful, though underground creatures remain hostile.
The temple area serves as the main arrival point for most transportation methods. From there, you can access the rest of the island's features, including the marketplace and training areas.
