Remember to wear a ghostspeak amulet if you plan to talk with the town's ghostly residents or use the bank normally. Or you can use the "quick-bank" option without the amulet if needed.
I recommend completing Ghosts Ahoy as soon as possible since it removes the entry cost and provides the convenient ectophial teleport.
