Finding A Fox in At First Light OSRS
You'll want to speak with Guildmaster Apatura in the Hunter Guild inside the building with the oven. Ask if she needs any assistance with anything, and she will inform you that Guild Scribe Verity may need your help. Verity can be found in the Burrow, the underground pub of the guild; you can access it by using the stairs inside the large tree. When you enter, speak with Verity, who is behind the counter. She will tell you about the guild rumors system, and she and Gilman are worried about Fox. She tells you he left without informing anyone before adding that Wolf put him up to the hunt, so she suggests you speak with her for more information.
Wolf tells you that she asked Fox to repair Kiko's bed, the grey cat, as the bed had become ragged, so she assumes he is out collecting the materials. You'll need to distract Kiko to inspect the bed. Wolf will provide you with a toy mouse; use it on Kiko by winding it up. With the cat now distracted, try to check the cat bed, and you will discover it is made of some sort of fluffy fur, and someone has snipped off a small piece.
Speak with Wolf again, and she will tell you Fox probably went to Outer Fortis to meet with a contact who stocks good-quality fabrics. She also suspects he is hunting Pyre Foxes on his way. So, to continue with At First Light in OSRS, head to the Avium Savannah.
Fox Hunt
Once in the Savannah, locate the mining site just southeast of the guild, and you will find Fox injured on the ground on the southeastern side of the crevice. He will be groggy but will inform you that he was attacked and is unable to move; he will then tell you that he needs two plants to create a poultice to recover. He will ask you to find these plants, as well as a Jerboa tail to hold them together.
You will find the first plant to the immediate west, depicted as a leafy bush, so pick a smooth leaf from it. The second plant can be found by the western side of the Locus Oasis and is also of brownish color. It will be shown as a rough-looking bush; again, pick a leaf, this time a 'sticky leaf.' For the final ingredient of this OSRS At First Light concoction, you must capture an Embertailed Jerboa. You'll need to set up a box trap nearby and capture the creature; make sure to get two tails, as you will need a second later.
With all of your ingredients in hand, combine them, create a Makeshift Poultice and head back to Fox. He will tell you he feels better and that he was attacked and rendered unconscious while hunting, and he doesn't know who attacked him. He will then ask you to take a fur sample to Atza and get the fur needed to fix Kiko's bed.
You can find Atza in one of the buildings southeast of the South gate in Civitas illa Fortis with a pile of equipment in the center. She will tell you she has the fur but needs to find it, asking you to set up the equipment at the main gate for her. So, while she searches, go to the house north of your current location and find the hammer spawn. Once you have it, continue to the aforementioned equipment pile and set everything up for her before heading back to finish your conversation and obtain the trimmed fur.
As At First Light in OSRS comes to a close, head back to Fox in the Avium Savannah. He will ask that you carry out the repairs for him, tell Wolf and Verity he is fine, and give his report to Verity. So, make your way back to the Hunters Guild and do what was asked of you before heading to Guildmaster Apatura to finish up the quest.

Is this a Member's Quest?

Is At First Light a Direct Requirement?
No, this quest is not a requirement of any existing OSRS quest; however, given the fact that the game is ever-growing, that is subject to change in the future.
What is an Embertailed Jerboa?
