To get to Tears of Guthix in OSRS you need to complete the Tears of Guthix quest first. This unique weekly minigame rewards experience points in your lowest skill, making it especially valuable for training difficult skills like Runecrafting and Agility.
Before you can get experience rewards from collecting tears, you need to fulfill certain requirements.
The fastest way to reach Tears of Guthix is by using a games necklace to teleport directly to the location.
If you need to stock up on supplies or buy OSRS gold for equipment, make sure to do so before starting your journey.
Alternatively, you can enter through the Lumbridge Swamp dungeon, though this route takes longer.
To access the minigame after completing the quest, you must wait seven days between attempts and earn either 100,000 total experience points or one quest point since your last visit.
You can check your eligibility in the Quest Journal under the Tears of Guthix entry. Speaking to Juna allows you to enable login notifications when you become eligible to play again.
When you arrive, speak with Juna at the entrance. She requires you to share a story about your adventures before granting access. You can speed up this process by using the "Right Click Story" option.
Once inside, you'll have time proportional to your quest points to collect blue tears while avoiding green ones. Each quest point gives you one second in the cave, so obtaining more quest points directly increases your potential rewards.
The experience gained from Tears of Guthix scales with both your performance in collecting tears and the level of your lowest skill.
The minigame automatically ends when your time expires, and you'll receive your experience reward immediately after drinking from the bowl.
Remember to keep both hands free before entering the cave.
